The Maidstone Group Home Society has an opening in one of their homes for a full time House Manager starting September 1, 2018. We provide 24-hour supportive care to six people with developmental and physical disabilities. This position requires excellent judgment, interpersonal and communications skills. If you would like a rewarding and fulfilling work experience supporting persons who are non-violent with differing abilities then we would like to hear from you.

Working as a team with other management staff, reporting to the Executive Director and supervising the program workers, you will be responsible for all aspects of client care, while maintaining a comfortable and efficient home environment.  Extensive training will be provided.

Qualifying applicants typically have a Rehab Worker Diploma but consideration will be given to those applicants who have:
    An equivalent combination of education and/or experience.  
    CPR and First Aid or a willingness to obtain.  
    Current Class 5 Drivers License and reliable vehicle.
