We are now seeking a new Office Manager:

Job Description:
Responsible for managing office services and efficiency by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored; recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees; preparing payroll; all government correspondence (GST/PST/Payroll Liabilities/Federal Tax/T-5018s, ROEs); banking, including deposits and reconciliations; employee benefits; monitoring finances, analyzing reports and maintaining receivables.

Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience in Bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks, RBC Express, Human Resources and Labor Standards extremely beneficial; exceptional organizational and time management skills; office management and administrative experience; attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
