Description

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the temporary part-time (0.5 FTE) Junior Graphic Artist assists and supports the work of the Graphic Artist/Brand Consultant in design, layout and printing of materials.  The Junior Graphic Artist will also be responsible for large format printing and production.

The successful candidate will have a Grade 12 or equivalent standing plus successful completion of post-secondary training in graphic arts, graphic design or related field or equivalent experience.  The successful candidate will have excellent computer skills with a demonstrated proficiency in graphic software applications with previous experience working with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other design software.  The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as in a team environment under tight deadlines.  The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
