Previous experience is an asset but willing to train. Must be professional in appearance and possess strong customer service skills. You must be 19 years of age or older as serving alcohol will be required. Positions are available in the bar and in the restaurant.
Day and night shifts are available.
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills
- Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware
- Describe and advise on wine selection
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Serving It Right Certificate
