Reporting to the Manager, Catering; the Catering Server is responsible for providing the highest level of guest service to our guests and attends diligently to their catering/banquet space.  The Catering Sever has a professional presentation, and is polite, respectful and abides by REAL dress and hygiene standards.  The Catering Server is responsible for enriching the guest experience by ensuring that all guest expectations as specified on the catering/banquet event order by catering management (including room set-up and food and beverage services are precisely executed) ensures that customer loyalty is obtained by building connections with the guests through the provision of outstanding customer service.  The Catering Server is also responsible for contributing to an environment within Evraz Place which encourages fellow co-workers to be happy, motivated and proud of the products and services provided by Evraz Place, resulting in a joyful, memorable, relaxed and casual event for the guest.
