Description

Reporting to the Manager of Function Services, the Server is responsible for serving food and beverage items (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to guests of the Restaurant and Show Lounge, while providing exceptional customer service and with strict adherence to SaskGaming and Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority rules, regulations and guidelines.  As part of the Food and Beverage team the Server is responsible for ensuring consistent quality and levels of service are delivered by adhering to the Saskatchewan Tourism Education Council National Standards of Service.
