Description

Regina Residential Resource Centre (RRRC) is a non-profit corporation operated by a volunteer
Board of Directors.  RRRC is a Community Based Organization.  We are dedicated to providing
support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.  We focus on potential not disability.

RRRC is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Individuals to fill the position of Casual Support Worker
The successful candidates will be responsible for supervision of the Individuals we support,
record keeping, personal care, medication administration, daily housekeeping maintenance,
scheduling staff, and promote community involvement.

Shifts are on an on call basis to cover vacation and sick leave and will include days and nights with no guaranteed shifts per month.  Must possess great communication skills and have experience as a Supervisor.  This position is responsible for providing support to
Individuals participating in a variety of RRRC's Programs.

Required qualifications include post-secondary education and related experience in Human
Services, a valid driver's license and a demonstrated ability to manage a home effectively.  
Training in PART and TLR would be an asset.  The successful candidate must be able to work both independently and in a team setting, able to develop positive interpersonal relationships and will demonstrate sound judgment.  The Relief Worker will be open and honest in their communications with the Individuals, they will be patient, flexible and consistent in their interactions with Individuals.
