Description

Adecco is currently hiring for a Branch Manager in Saskatoon, SK. To be considered for this Branch Manager role, you must have staffing or other service industry experience, and a proven sales track record. The ideal candidate is someone who is sales focused with the ability to influence and motivate a team in order to achieve desired performance goals. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for increasing branch profitability by leading and supervising the branchs sales activity.

Branch Manger Responsibilities:

The overall performance and activity of the Branch office.
Increasing branch profitability by leading and supervising the branchs sales effort.
Account growth for national accounts serviced within the regional market.
Creating and maintaining current contacts in the local professional and business community, increasing name awareness and promoting Adeccos services.
Selecting, training, developing and motivating branch colleagues, providing coaching and performance development as needed.


Branch Manager Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
A minimum of 5 years related work experience, preferably in the staffing or another service industry.
A proven track record of 3 years direct sales experience.
A minimum of 1 year supervisory/management experience, preferably in a service oriented environment.
Working knowledge of Provincial Labour laws and experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices are all great assets.
