We are currently seeking an Program Coordinator for a term (3 to 4 month contract with possibility of extension) to assist in the coordination of an upcoming residential energy efficiency program! An ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment, demonstrate the ability to multitask, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: 4 month contract (ASAP to November 30)
Hours: Up to 30 hours/week
Schedule: Weekdays, some evening and weekend work may be required. Some travel outside of Regina may be required.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate education events with retail partners
- Coordinate up to 30 contract employees for education events throughout October
- Prepare iPads for education events
- Coordinate delivery of marketing materials to retail partners
- Coordinate rep materials and supplies for education events
- Utilize Excel to track education events and program tracking
- Oversee compliance checks of retail partners
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, punctual, conscientious, reliable and able to work independently
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office, primarily Excel
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast pace environment
- Have a genuine interest in energy efficiency and/or environmental issues
