SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Night Auditor to work 3-4 shifts at the Radisson Hotel Saskatoon.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide quality service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Verify and balance daily charges for all departments to customer folios, master accounts and house accounts; make -corrections as necessary ensuring all required documentation is obtained
- Balance the rooms audit with the night clerks summary
- Audit food & beverage income postings and charges
- Review all credit card vouchers for proper imprints, authorizations and correct amounts
- Prepare and transmit credit card deposits
- Work as part of the overall team to ensure the hotels effective and profitable operation
- Work towards win-win solutions for all internal and external customer issues
- Other duties as assigned

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in a hotel night audit position
- Strong data entry, analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, network systems and accounting software
- Ability to prioritize and to meet all deadlines

Working Conditions:
- Night shift position. Weekend hours as required
- 3 to 4 shifts per week
