Job Description
Respond to service calls in a logical order to minimize travel time with priority given to machines that are inoperable.
Manage and adjust car stock as required maintaining an accurate inventory.
If applicable, maintain company vehicle ensure it is compliant with safe driving practices.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Provide friendly and courteous customer service.
Follow the down machine policy when a machine cannot be repaired.
Assist with field training of junior technicians if applicable.
Work with the rest of the team to continually look for better methods to service the equipment and reduce costs.
Assist fellow technicians when required.
Requirements
HS Diploma or Vocational Certificate
1-2 years of copier industry experience
Computer literate
Basic MS Office proficiency
Customer service focused
Teamplayer
