Description

The coordinators role is to take provide support to the Management team with focus on achieving sales target & planning strategies, keep organized files, maintain good relations with new and existing clients, communicate client/event details to Operations Departments, promote a good image of the hotel among peers and clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    Provide administrative support to Sales Management Team & grow marketing planning
    Keep files organized
    Qualify clients during the initial call
    Prepare reports, correspondence, memos, etc
    Manage Rooming Lists, Group Reservations, etc.
    Maintain positive image as hotel representative
    Excellent Team Player with vibrant attitude
    Daily Rate evaluation & plan sales strategy with management
    Follow brand standards & brand requirements
    Reports to General Manager & Franchisee Corporate Sales Head
Skills
    Proficient in MS Office Suite
    Positive Professional Attitude
    Highly Organized
    Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
    Hotel experience or Catering Sales Experience
    Hotel PMS operating skills
