Description
The Stir-fry Cook role is responsible for cooking appropriate stir-fry items in a timely fashion while upholding standards for quality, health, sanitation, and safety. During the busy dinner hour, speed and quality control is the key to this position.

Responsibilities & Requirements
    Strong ability to continuously cooking quality stir-fry dishes during dinner hour under the tight deadline
    Strong ability to handle pressure under the tight deadline
    Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer
    Prepare all stir-fry foods in a timely fashion
    Check all customer order for before it goes out the window, so it is key that the stir-fry cook pays special attention to detail and presentation.
    Clean assigned areas of the kitchen as necessary
    Prepare daily prep items
    Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas per Health Code
    Perform other related duties as requested

Minimum Qualifications
    Minimum Age: 18 years
    Previous Experience: Preferred
    Reliable Transportation
    Able to lift Minimum of 30 lbs
    Able to work in a High-Temperature Kitchen for an Extended Period of Time
