Description

C.S. Day Transport is a family business based in Regina.  We specialize in transporting petroleum products and over the years have grown to a fleet of 21 trucks. Our mission is to deliver petroleum products safely, on time, and while providing outstanding customer service.  We have operated throughout Western Canada for over 80 years.

We are currently looking for dedicated and safety focused 1A drivers for full-time permanent positions. All applicants must possess valid Class 1A or AZ license, have at least 2 years and 150 000 kms of semi experience, provide current clear drivers abstract, and provide current criminal records search.  To be considered, applicants must be Canadians, permanent residents, or foreign nationals with a valid work permit.

Essential skills and abilities for hire include:
Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer including: preparing to drive; conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, driving, backing, parking, coupling and uncoupling trailers.  Ability to maintain the health and safety of self and others at all times.

Candidates will be asked to complete a road test to demonstrate the skills and abilities noted above.
