The City of Warman is currently hiring for the position of Part Time Customer Service Representative for the Recreation and Community Services Department in the Legends Centre. Reporting directly to the Facility Program and Special Events Supervisor, the CSR is responsible for serving customers in person, by email and via the telephone. The CSR is accountable for dealing with customer complaints, inquiries and processing transactions. CSR participates in all assigned training, setting and meeting personal goals. CSR understands his/her role as brand ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers.
