Reporting to the Senior Civil Engineer, you will:
--- Lead projects including the planning, design and construction of wastewater systems, water resource projects, water treatment plants, wastewater treatment systems, solid waste management systems and more for our clients.
--- Prepare and/or review design drafting, contract documents, estimating and operations. Track and report budget versus actual project costs. Manage the project change order, change directive, price request and supplementary instruction process to ensure proper reporting/approvals for changes in scope of work and related cost variances.
--- Inspect project sites to monitor progress, determine conformance of site to design specifications and ensure compliance with all safety and government regulations.
---Pursue new business and connect with prospective clients to expand business opportunities and sustain financial growth; develop client relationships and pursue new projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Systems Engineering or equivalent program. Registered or eligible for registration as a professional engineer (P.Eng) in Saskatchewan.
- 7+ years of related work experience on municipal engineering projects, including design and construction experience in water, sanitary and storm water projects.
