Reporting to the Director, Entertainment, Development, Programming and Tenant Relations the Manager, Entertainment is responsible for all aspects of talent buying, booking and production for arena and stadium shows and festivals by securing local, national, and international performers and artists; lead all aspects of production including advancing and handling hospitality and tech riders; negotiating all contractual agreements between venue and agent, promoter, and artists. Key priorities for the Manager, Entertainment is to develop strategic business plans to maximize show profitability, revenue and attendance; oversee contract negotiations; create and monitor budgets to ensure costs are controlled; and establish event details such as costs for services provided; preparing service orders; scheduling logistics and booking staff. This role will also manage partnerships through building relationships with booking agents, promoters, musicians, agents, and music industry professionals to develop mutually beneficial programming and contracts and conduct market and economic research to understand the varied needs of our guests, identify opportunities and compete with competitors.
