Soo Line Daycare is looking for the right person that is highly motivated and an enthusiastic team player to lead staff in a rewarding early childcare career.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to: maintaining staff development, education, staff and child scheduling, ensuring compliance of government laws and regulations, parental communication and involvement.
The successful applicant must have a positive attitude and a desire to work together with staff to provide positive Early childcare education and make a difference in the lives of children.
Someone with a strong management and/or business background with a willingness to learn about Early Childhood Education would be considered.
Monday to Friday, flexible shifts and no weekends.
Requirements:
Willingness to obtain ECE classes
First Aid & CPR
Criminal Record Check
Wage is dependent on experience/education

Early Childhood Education Skills
- Assess the developmental level of children
- Knowledge of licensing regulations
Additional Skills
- Supervise staff, trainees or volunteers
- Prepare budget
- Order supplies and equipment
- Assist in maintaining records of children
Ability to Supervise
- More than 20 people
