The SACL is welcoming applications for a part time Job Coach. This is a temporary short term contract.
Must be available Monday-Friday from 9am to 3pm. Starting date TBA.
Duties include assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities to learn job tasks, learning the routine, learning to communicate with managers, co-workers and customers and problem solving at the job. The goal is for the individual to become independent and therefore fading out job coaching support. The job coach must be willing to work outdoors and drive to different outdoor job sites each shift.
The Job Coach must have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
