Job Description: Reporting to the Regional Manager Employee/Labour Relations & Scheduling, the incumbent contributes to the efficient operation of recruitment processes and is responsible for the operation of the on-boarding process by ensuring accuracy in the areas of job requisitions, postings, awarding, employee documentation and orientation. The incumbent provides supervision to the Recruitment Assistants and ensures recruitment processes are standardized.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a combination of post-secondary education and experience.

The primary responsibility of the Recruitment Coordinator is to provide efficient and effective operation of recruitment processes including job requisition, postings, closings, awarding, employee documentation and pre and regional general orientation.

The incumbent shall:
Provide supervision to the two Recruitment Assistants
Execute a diversity of Customer Service functions, frequently of a confidential nature, in an accurate and timely fashion.
Assume responsibility without direct supervision.
Use initiative and judgment to deal with matters requiring attention within the scope of assigned authority.
Provide solution focused services adhering to department standards.
Effectively use available communication tools
Ensure efficient information management by establishing and maintaining an accurate and functional file system, manage electronic files in an organized manner and ensure processes are tracked and measured to improve system performance.
Participates as a member of a complex team, utilizing a strength based and customer service approach while continually striving for excellence.
