The Town of Gravelbourg is accepting applications for the position of Public Works Manager. Interested applicants should apply no later than August 31, 2018.
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (or another relevant engineering specialization) and/or a minimum of five years experience working in the field of municipal public works or a closely related field. As head of the Department of Public Works, any experience managing staff will be considered an asset.
The candidate must possess or be willing to acquire a number of certifications involving limited class-time and covered by the Town of Gravelbourg. The most important certifications include:
Water Distribution - Class I
Wastewater Treatment - Class I
Wastewater Collection - Class I
Starting salary will be commensurate with education and experience and is expected to fall between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum.
