Description

Looking for applicants who are trained and experienced in
Microsoft Office especially Word & Excel and Client Appointment Manager.
Responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and is the first point of contact for clients.
Need to have superior time management, multitasking skills and communication skills both verbal and written. Excellence in attention to detail is a necessity.
Must have experience in self- directed independent work situations.
Must be a team player.
High level of confidentiality is absolutely essential.
Minimum 1-3 years experience required.
Criminal Record Check required prior to hiring.
The Office Assistant is a job-share position.
