SynergyAG Services Inc Lewvan SK is currently hiring for the following position:
Location Administrator
The Location Administrator will be responsible for the overall management of all Lewvan'ss customer data.
This role includes data entry (invoicing and maintaining customer bookings), daily inventory balancing/reconciling, and account reconciliation.
Position Reports to: Location Manager
Key Performance Expectations and Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely entry of all transactional data for Lewvan location;
Respond to all customer inquiries regarding products, invoicing questions and/or other services that SynergyAG provides;
Adheres to Employee handbook policies and procedures;
Perform administrative duties for the location such as: ordering office supplies, answering telephones, and data entry;
Provide administrative support to the location staff;
Handling of Accounts Receivable
Manages employee timesheets
Assist with inventory control by entering and tracking inventory received/transferred out of the location in a timely manner;
Assist with month end inventory counts/reconciliation;
