Are you looking for a long-term career in the hospitality industry? The Days Inn Regina Airport West is looking for a Full-Time Experienced, dynamic Front Desk Agent who is interested in growing with our company. The Front Desk Agent must be upbeat, friendly and customer service oriented as they are the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, cancelling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms.
This is a PERMANENT Full-time position (32-40 hours). Shifts will vary between 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm and will be a combination of weekdays and weekends. Availability to cover an occasional night audit shift (11pm-7am) would be beneficial. Only those individuals with front desk experience and suitable availability need apply.
Candidates must have excellent English skills and must be legally entitled to work in Canada as the employer does not have a labour market opinion that would support a foreign worker.
