Do you have a passion for working with children? Being a part of a positive workplace environment? Kare 4 Kids is looking for motivated, experienced full time Supervisor for
cole White City school located in Emerald Park.
When you join our Kare 4 Kids team you will:
- Provide full time management of the overall operation of your individual Program
- Maintain and overseeing all administration duties, including collecting family payments
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for all children under your care
- Create a sense of community and partnership with families of the program
- Supervise, encourage, and motivate support staff
- Liaison with school administrators
- Attend weekly staff meetings; hold individual program staff meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a high energy environment
- Experience working with children
- Previous supervisory experience
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working indoors and out
- A Current First Aid certificate with CPR (or be prepared to obtain one within 30 days)
- A completed clean criminal record check
