The manufacturing supervisor will report to the general manager and will oversee the daily production activities that includes:
-Ensure employees receive proper training to perform their tasks in safe and efficient manner.
-Manage employees schedule, labor forecast and planning.
-Sampling the production batches and make sure the quality of the product is meeting standard.
-Effectively communicate the daily production requirements and changes in the processes to employees.
-Look for opportunities to make the workplace safer and more efficient (Continuous Improvement)
