Are you a Professional Engineer looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Do you care about water as one of our most important resources? Water Security Agency is seeking two experienced individuals to join the Engineering Services team.  

As a leader of the Project Engineering team some of the duties you will be responsible for are to provide expertise to clients and staff in accordance with recognized engineering principals and practices to ensure those standards are met. Initiate and participate in project meetings. Manage engineering, technical and other support staff by ensuring that services are provided efficiently and effectively in accordance with established policies and procedures; you will be preparing, recommending and tracking budget estimates and schedules to ensure projects are completed within approved budget and on time. Coordinating and reviewing the preparation of contracts specifications and terms of reference while supervising the work of contractors and consultants. Ensuring that procurement of materials is in accordance with best management practices.

You will work among a diverse and passionate team of professionals, both internal and external to WSA, in the fields of engineering, water quality, ecology, law, sociology, public policy, local governments that are leading this exciting challenge in our province.

The successful candidates should possess a degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering with designation as a Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan and 12 years of progressively more responsible directly related experience.
