SaskEnergy is looking for part-time Customer Service Representatives (CSR). These positions are permanent part-time and work approximately 2 - 5 days per week in a call centre environment. (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm).
As such, successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to provide sound judgment in daily decision making. Customer service and organizational skills are paramount. CSRs are primarily responsible for receiving customer service calls, responding to customer inquiries and requests, providing customer account administration regarding billings, receivables and service related requests and coordinating service call scheduling for planned or emergency maintenance.
Education & Experience:
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Typing speed of 35 w.p.m.
One (1) year experience in a call centre environment utilizing computer based Windows software.
Additional Information:
Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required on occasion.
