Reporting to the co. President you will lead a 40+ person cellular manufacturing organization from fab to finish.

As exceptional manager and thoughtful leader you have extensive experience in Lean manufacturing techniques. You have managed a high functioning safety program and believe in the results achieved.  You are comfortable on the shop floor and in the office and can adapt your approach to achieve positive results in either environment. You will be responsible to maintain an environment that ensures Daily Goals are met.

You will realize people results by communicating job expectations and initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.

You will maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process, supervise scheduling to assign personnel, maintain quality service, ensure operations of equipment, analyze production performance and provide data and information.

You will create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operational practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control & budgetary & personnel requirements.
