Jolly Giant Pub of Willowbunch, Saskatchewan is in need of a food and beverage server. Experience is an asset and must be at least 19 years of age. Some duties are included but not limited to:
- Serve food and beverage to customers
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers
- Present bills to customers and accept payments
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Essential Skills
- Oral communication
- Working with others
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Serving It Right Certificate
Additional Skills
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Load buspans and trays
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Customer service oriented
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
