On behalf of our client, Adecco is currently recruiting for a Field Service Representative to promote and grow business within the Saskatchewan region. In this role, you will receive direction from the Territory Manager and be held responsible for selling construction and power tool products. We are looking for an outgoing and personable individual who is eager to pursue a career within the areas of sales and brand promotion. To qualify for this Field Service Representative, you must have strong communication, presentation, and be self-motivated. This role will rely heavily on travel. Candidates must be able to successful complete a credit check and drivers abstract.
Field Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Perform under the direction from the Territory Manager
- Execute work plans to effectively grow the businesses with current and new distribution accounts
- Confident and capable of developing strong working relationships including Managers and Specialists
- Set annual territory strategies that will offer the greatest opportunity for business growth
- Achieve sales targets for business categories as assigned for territory
- Manage your business within assigned budgets
- Communicate market trends and competitive feedback to the appropriate headquarters personnel
- Handle and resolve conflicts in your areas of responsibility
- Co-ordinate and communicate sales efforts within assigned geography to the Specialty Team
Field Service Rep Qualifications:
- Must have obtained a college or university education
- Experience is not required, however applicants should be eager to learn
- Strong communication, presentation and computer skills
- Self-motivated and a strong team player
- Construction and power tool experience is considered an asset
- Candidates must be able to pass a credit check
- Candidates must have a drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- A willingness to travel within the Saskatchewan region
