On behalf of our client, Adecco is currently recruiting for a Store Manager in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. In this role you will be required to provide leadership and coaching to a team while promoting sales and growing business. We are looking for an outgoing and personable individual who is eager to pursue a career within the areas of leadership, sales, and brand promotion. To qualify for this Store Manager opening, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position in a retail setting.

Store Manager Responsibilities:
- As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and coaching your team
- A strong emphasis on the customer experience will be provided when executing sales activities
- Managerial responsibilities such as coaching, scheduling hours, and running the store  
- Ensuring that the store is clean in appearance and presentable for customers
- Act as a leader in supporting the company brand name
- Promote, meet, and exceed sales targets as an individual and team
- You will be held accountable for inventory and merchandising of products

Store Manager Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a retail setting
- Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and treat the store as their own
- Candidates should be drive, positive, and possess a willingness to take on new challenges
- A strong focus of this role is on developing, coaching, and mentoring a team
- Candidates should have a passion for leading, motivating, and directing others
- Great communication, time management, and leadership skills are required for this role
- Must be flexible to work days, evenings and weekends (guaranteed 1 weekend off per month)
