Job responsibilities
Provide full Administration support
Prioritizing phone calls
Manage meetings / minute taking
Office supply coordination
Event coordination
Manage calendars, Travel plans and expenses

Qualifications
4+ years of Senior level administrative experience
Post-Secondary education is desirable
Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must have the ability to work independently
Accuracy and Attention to Detail is essential
Excellent Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Exceptional Organizational skills
