This position requires excellent management skills (over 10 direct reports), and sound accounting knowledge and practices.
The responsibilities include:
1. Tracking Budget Expenses
2. Delegation
3. Staffing
4. Managing Processes
5. Promoting Process Improvement
6. Developing Standards
7. Accounting software skills (AP, AR, Inventory, Reporting)
8. 8. HR skills (keeping personnel records up to date/arranging interviews with staff)
Requirements
1. Business Studies (diploma or degree)
2. Strong Computer skills (Accounting software, Microsoft Office)
3. Management experience
4. Human resources experience
5. Wholesale or distribution industry experience an asset
