Job Description: Reporting to the Director, Continuous Improvement, the Senior Analyst will play a critical role in leading the development and application of organizational performance measurements. Working collaboratively with 3sHealth's leaders and analysts, the incumbent will support the development of benefit realization processes to measure and report the achievement of improved quality and savings for healthcare in Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities Include:

Creating a centre of excellence for 3sHealth, providing advice, and expertise on organizational performance management.

Designing the overarching framework to support the measurement and reporting of performance.

Performing detailed analytical and evaluative review and audit of organizational data and metrics.

Developing and overseeing initiatives associated with the measurement, analysis, and reporting of organizational data and performance.

Conducting research, sharing and implementing best practices and emerging trends related to performance measurement.

Communicating and coordinating organizational performance data with service area leads, executives, provincial health authorities and government.

Conducting regular reviews with service area leader to advise on the integration of performance measurement and reporting into day-to-day operations, ensuring consistency in approach and alignment.


Required Qualifications

Lean Leader Certification is an asset, but must embark on training and fulfill ongoing maintenance requirements.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, business analysis, statistics or computer science
Experience
Three to five years demonstrated experience with complex data analysis and reporting.
