Description

The highly motivated and energetic individual selected will be responsible to Council, reporting to the administrator. Duties include all facets of the town recreation as follows:
TERM Position
    Determine and offer recreational programs for all ages, support current activities and assist with event scheduling across the community.
    Communications and computer skills to promote events, update the website, social media accounts, work with committees and teams for various projects.
    Prepare grant applications, budgets and assist with accounting for the Allan Communiplex and Swimming Pool.
    Day to day operation and maintenance of all recreation facilities as well as ensuring staff certification and qualifications
    Prepare recreational reports for Council and other duties as may be assigned.
