The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
Must have valid driver's license
Must have a degree in Social Work, Criminology or related field
Must be able to pass CPIC & Child Abuse section
Developing a trust relationship and maintain a positive and healthy relationship with youth, clients and their families
Advocate for youth with police etc.. (POs etc.)
Attend court with clients as needed
Keep daily logs on the day activities who did you see? Where was the appointment? Etc..
Transport clients to appointments when requested
Maintain client files
Meet with PO when requested
Monthly reports
Home visits
Help youth follow through with conditions in court order
Attend weekly staff meetings
Wake up youth if needed
ALWAYS be on alert when visiting clients and/or families of any potential dangers
