Description

we are currently looking for an experienced individual who specializes in planning, managing and executing projects related to marketing campaigns. They are responsible for turning the brands strategy/vision into reality.development & execution of marketing initiatives and projects for the food market in China or other countries.

Market Insights
Follow & analyse the food & beverage market as well as factors driving consumer trends and the influence on food developers, creating a forward-looking view on the impact on our ingredients business:
Identify opportunities for growth, using insights provided by Group Marketing and working closely together with the respective business development & category managers.
Closely following market developments of our ingredient portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Helping with the marketing strategy  mapping out tasks that will implement the teams vision.
Planning, organizing, managing and executing projects from beginning to end.
Identifying potential roadblocks related to budgets, resources and timelines, and reporting these potential issues to their supervisors
Delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
Collaborate with agencies on projects  e.g. packaging designs, content development, new item concept development.
Developing and maintaining external vendor/supplier relationships
Creating promotional graphics or presentations

The ideal candidate will bring to the team:
Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
Experience working within the food industry preferred
Expert organizational skills
Strong ability to multi-task
Outstanding communication skills
Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

Language:
    English and Mandarin
