We are currently looking for a General Office Clerk to join our team. This role requires the candidate to work in a busy small office atmosphere with a wide variety of duties and changing priorities and deadlines.
Located at our front counter the various tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting and dealing with all clients and incoming phone calls in a timely manner to ensure customers and clients receive exceptional service while maintaining organizational standards
Proficiently, accurately and timely data entry for various revenue and deposit postings as well as updating and reconciling various receivable accounts
Preparation of various reports as requested
Ability to multi-task
Effectively handle and manage a workload in a busy small office atmosphere with a wide variety of duties and changing priorities and deadlines
Excel and Word, PowerPoint Knowledge
