Our client is looking for a qualified Legal Assistant to join their team in Regina!  If you are a motivated, highly organized team-player with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, this is your chance to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.  An excellent opportunity to join a recognized Saskatchewan law firm!

As Part-time Legal Assistant (2-3 days/week), you will be responsible for providing administrative support, as follows:

- Dictation and word processing support.
Creating/editing documents from standard forms, dictation or handwritten notes.
- File maintenance.
- Booking flights and hotel rooms.
- Time entry and bill preparation.
- Coordinating and organizing luncheons.
- Internet research.
- General office duties.

Education & Experience:
- Office Education Certificate or Legal Diploma is an asset.
- Knowledge of legal policies, procedures and terminology is required.
- 2+ years experience within a lawfirm is an asset.

Computer:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Strong typing.  

Personality/Desired attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proofreading and grammatical skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Ability to focus while multi-tasking.
- Strong problem-solving skills; an analytical thinker.
