Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Box Office Supervisor, the Sales Agent works closely with other Sales Agents, Front of House staff and administration personnel.
How youll spend your time:
Selling, exchanging and distributing tickets and subscriptions
Answering patron inquiries in person, via email and over the telephone
Collaborating with other staff in a fast-paced and fun work environment
Providing high quality customer service to Globe Theatre patrons
