Are you known for your ability to dig deep into the inner-workings of how a business operates? A numbers guru, you enjoy the world of data and metrics and know how share that info to impact change and advancement.

The Director Appraisal Audit & Accreditation is your opportunity to lead innovation and continuous improvement within our vehicle appraisal program. You will take the lead on building and implementing a risk-based audit framework that will drive policies that are both cost-effective and drive customer experience.
Seeking out innovative ways to use data, analytics and financial information, you will inform decision-making and business processes. You will also oversee the review process for vehicle repairs conducted by our body shop partners, using data to develop performance reporting and audit review strategies.

Requirements
Candidates must bring the experience and breadth of knowledge necessary to succeed  after all, were counting on you. We are looking for candidates who have a degree in business administration, commerce, engineering or a related discipline.  Candidates should have progressive managerial experience, which includes experience in a business operational capacity that leverages business experience, data and financial information to build strategy and inform decisions. Automotive repair industry experience would be an asset. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
