EnviroWay is looking for an experienced office professional to join our Customer Service Team. In this role you will work closely with our Account Managers to ensure the full order cycle is completed in a professional, efficient manner. MUST have 1+ Years of Office Experience.
You will maintain and enhance customer service by organizing and elevating service standards; professional phone etiquette, efficiently executes Sage Order Entry Transactions, communicates product stock levels and delivery updates and procedures to customers and Account Managers.
Requirements and Responsibilities
-Respond to requests from Customers & Account Managers, by phone, in person or e-mail.
-Support a team of Account Managers by prioritizing the daily work load to ensure all required service volume and quality levels are attained.
-Complete all aspects of the Sage Order Entry Transactions; Order inception to invoicing following standard policies, procedures, and best practices.
-Maintain and update Customer Accounts contract pricing.
-Communicate product stock levels, delivery updates and procedures.
-Effortlessly adapt to operational changes and enhancements and contribute to the development of processes and procedures, provides solutions when challenges are revealed.
-Knowledge of Sage 300 Ordering & Invoicing functions as well as the Company's products.
-Assist with creating Standards, Policies and Procedures
-Handling complaints (from both Account managers and customers)
Qualifications:
-Sage 300 experience (an asset)
-Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
-Phone etiquette
-A responsible, customer service orientated attitude

-Accuracy at record keeping

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
