Description

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Manager (Infrastructure Architect) that will work closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to define plans, strategies and architectures for the installation, operation, migration and management of complex information systems.

The Technical Solutions Manager (Infrastructure Architect) gathers and analyzes client I/T (Information Technology) needs, translates these needs into requirements for specific systems management processes, products, and services, and may lead or advise the teams which install, operate and maintain the I/T system.  This includes working with client personnel and executives to identify functional and non-functional requirements and subsequently working with and leading others in the evaluation of options and the identification, justification and design of the client's solution.  

The Technical Solutions Manager (Infrastructure Architect) is responsible for the overall solution related to quality, performance, availability, scalability and integrity, ensuring solution usability.  The Technical Solutions Manager (Infrastructure Architect) reports directly to the Manager, Delivery Architecture and interfaces with all affected stakeholders both internal and external to ISM Canada in a matrix environment. This role is subject to regular business working conditions.
