FFUN Motor Sports Yorkton, a division of FFUN Group, offers the largest selection of power sports products in Saskatchewan and have provided continuous service to our customers for over 30 years. We offer brands like BMW, Triumph, BRP, Kawasaki, and Suzuki. With the continuous growth and developments in our business, we are now looking to hire a Parts Advisor/Lot Technician.
Parts Advisor duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all suppliers, customers, service technicians, and other Dealership personnel.
- Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of desired parts and accessories between the Parts, Service, and Sales - Department to meet customer expectations.
- Manage perpetual inventory as per weekly schedule.
- Inform Technicians and Advisors of the price and availability of parts.
- Maintain orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
Lot Technician duties:
- Maintain the condition of the dealership's property, showroom, and inventory.
- Assist with moving vehicles for showroom and lot display.
- Deliver to and retrieve vehicles from offsite service locations.
- Prepare vehicles for demonstrations, road tests, and after-sale deliveries.
Requirements of the role:
- A valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License upon employment.
- Willing to work indoors and outdoors.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable as this is a full-time position.
- Exceptional customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
