No cleaning required.
Yard maintenance required.
Must have boiler paper and appropriate experience.
Work Setting
- Apartment/condominium complex
Equipment Operated/Used
- Power tools
- Security systems
- Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments)
- Snowblowers
Office/Administration activities
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Weight Handling
- Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
