As Welder you will join metal parts and fill seams of different components for the machines manufactured in the plant. The welder will obtain steel and components necessary to build a project to specifications; assemble part using the applicable jigs; read blueprints and drawings; Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws and to remove all spatter; put finished project in proper storage; do general preventative maintenance of welding equipment and maintain a clean and safe work area.
