Description

We are a seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our Saskatoon team. You will be responsible for supervising the maintenance crew and providing direction for completing each project and adhering to deadlines.
Jobs Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing supplies and materials as
necessary for the crew to complete tasks.
Continual inspection of maintenance crew work
area, materials and supplies and equipment to be
sure that proper functional standards are
maintained safely at all times.
Coordinate with Sign Department to prioritize
projects and tasks as necessary.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of time
cards, work orders, and other internal documents
by the Maintenance Department Administrative
Assistant.
Ensure that all work orders, sign orders,
garbage schedules, landscaping schedules, and
spray and lighting schedules are filed with the
appropriate costing categories.
Inspect lots on a regular basis to ensure they
are safe and operating at company standard and
take every opportunity to create work orders on
charge out lots, and ensure maintenance is
carried out.
Other duties as may be assigned.

Must have a valid drivers license, and complete
