What are your responsibilities?
- Invoicing and posting sales.
- Processing accounts receivables and accounts payable, receipts and payments.
- Preparing working paper files for external accounts.
- Account reconciliations.
- Maintaining sub-ledger.
- General accounting duties.
- Preparing government remittances.
- Other duties as assigned.

What qualifications are required for the position?
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and deal with time sensitive deadlines.
- Accounting Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of office accounting systems and software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Great Plains would be considered an asset.
- Dependable, resourceful, and motivated to succeed.
- Effective and efficient communicator; tenacious with follow-up.
- Well organized and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
