Assign tasks to the store staffs and establish work schedules
Suggest and sell Liquor to customers based on their needs
Authorize payments and the return of goods
Maintain store inventory and order needed Liquor
Supervise and co-ordinate stock staffs and front clerk
Resolve business related problems, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for training of new store staffs
